Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st April of 2026

At Fivestar, we deal in food-grade consumable products. Due to the perishable and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return Policy.

No Returns Policy

• We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

• This applies to all products, regardless of quantity or order value.

• Returns based on taste preference, personal expectations, or change of mind will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Replacement / Refund Eligibility (Exceptions Only)

Replacements or refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged or tampered during transit

• Incorrect product delivered

Mandatory Claim Conditions

To raise a valid claim, the customer must:

• Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

• Provide a clear unboxing video (mandatory) starting from sealed package opening

• Share supporting images of the issue

• Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging

• Claims without proper proof will be rejected without exception.

Non-Eligible Cases

No replacement or refund will be provided in the following situations:

• Product has been opened, used, or consumed

• Improper storage or handling by the customer

• Minor variations in color, texture, aroma, or taste (natural in agricultural products)

• Delay in reporting beyond 24 hours

• Incomplete or unverifiable evidence

Refund Process (If Approved)

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (at company discretion)

Company Rights

• Fivestar reserves the right to accept or reject any claim after verification

• Repeated false or fraudulent claims may result in account restriction or legal action
