Since our humble beginnings in 1955 as a small family‐run farming operation in Gujarat, every step of Fivestar’s evolution has been guided by a single belief: great food starts with respect—for the land, for our people, and for our customers. What began with sun‑ripened onion fields and hard‑working hands has blossomed into a diversified enterprise that still carries those same values at its core.

In 1996, we took our first leap into financial services, laying the groundwork for the multidimensional group you see today. By 1999, we were shaping buildings through real‑estate development—always with an eye toward quality infrastructure and sustainable growth. Then, in 2002, we returned to our roots by launching Fivestar Dehydration. Combining decades of agricultural expertise with state‑of‑the‑art processing, we set out to bring India’s finest dehydrated onions and garlic to kitchens worldwide.

Each new milestone—cold storage in 2007, peanut‑butter manufacturing in 2012, specialty sauces in 2014, and expanded dehydration capacity in 2015 and 2021—was driven by a relentless curiosity and a commitment to excellence. Along the way, we’ve embraced global food‑safety standards, invested in our people through rigorous BRCGS training, and forged lasting partnerships with farmers who share our vision for sustainability.

Today, as we manage a vibrant portfolio of consumer brands and continue to innovate across multiple industries, our journey remains anchored in those first furrows of soil.
